The CM Answers plugin allows to embed advertisements within your forum.
It has 2 sections for placing ads in the index page, and 4 sections for placing ads inside the thread page. These sections can include AdSense JavaScript code, a WordPress shortcode or any HTML source.
In our example we use the shortcodes for placing ad campaigns created with our plugin CM Ad Changer.
Index Page Advertisement
We can embed ad blocks before and after the questions table. Here's our settings screen for placing ads in the index page:

Thread Page Advertisement
We can embed ad blocks before the question, between question and answers, between answers and the answer form and after the answer form. For example, we need to fill just 2 ad blocks. Here's our settings screen for placing ads in the thread page:
