Can Non Logged In users post questions or answers

I want visitors to my site to be able to post questions and answers without the need to register and log into my WordPress site. is this possible ?

Anonymous and non logged-in users can posts questions or answers to the WordPress Answers plugins once you add the Anonymous Posting Add-On to the plugin. The Anonymous Add-On allow unregistered and not logged-in users to post as many questions or answers. You can still moderate them before they appear online and you can also add a CAPTCHA to avoid spam posting
