This community has taught me a lot, and I met a lot of wonderful people. 6 years ago I knew nothing about wordpress, however with the help/support of this community I made a career out of it, and met even more wonderful people.

So thank you all, for everything

Happy to hear it! 🙂

Tell me, where did you find the most value? The community is large and widespread. I'd like to know, in order to provide more helpful support across the whole of the community.

Awesome!

I took the same path. 16 years ago when I started with WordPress, there were no classes or videos. I also knew nothing. I was helped by the communities on some old forums like V7N, Digital Point, Webmasters Forum, and so on. Learned a metric sh*t ton about WordPress, web design, and also started doing it as a business.

That's one of the reasons I scroll through the help threads in tech, WordPress, small business, freelance and so on...to see if maybe I can answer a question that helps someone the same way that people helped me.

I know what it feels like to be pulling your hair out and have a complete stranger help solve it.
